A: Yup! We ship all over the world.
Q: What kind of shipping do you use?
A: We offer 2 different shipping methods: UPS Courier Service and Electronic Mail Service. UPS Courier Service ensures your strap to arrive sooner but increases the shipment cost slightly. EMS will take a little longer but is a bit cheaper. EMS makes use of your country of destination’s Postal Services Company and needs your signature upon delivery. Both services come with a tracking number to keep your package in sight at all times.
Q: How much does my shipping cost?
A: This is based upon the service you chose: UPS Courier Service or EMS Certified Mail service. Upon reaching your Check-Out page, you will be presented with the various chipping options and costs. Much depends on the country you want to ship your strap to, but we are able to reach you in most parts of the world for in between 5 – 13 Euros.
Please note: buying 2 or more straps will significantly reduce your shipment costs and all 3 strap or more orders are free of charge.
Q: How long does it take to ship my strap?
A: We aim to ship 100% all our orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Considering weekend days and unforeseen circumstances such as out of stock items, bank holidays etc... it may take a little longer, but we will get your order out within 3 or 4 business days max.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: This depends on your choice of shipment and on the country of destination. All the estimated shipment times are presented to you at your check out page and counting starts from the day of shipment.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you will be sent a tracking number via email and you can track your shipment here.
